Sølve Sundsbø
Norwegian photographer Sølve Sundsbø is known for pushing boundaries in fashion photography, blending technical brilliance with an almost surreal dreamlike quality. From fluid, sculptural shapes to bold, hyper-real colors, his images seem to defy gravity—and sometimes, logic.
In an interview, Sundsbø once admitted that he prefers not being recognized in public. “I’d rather let my photos do the talking. Plus, nobody expects the guy holding a camera to also be the one behind a Versace campaign.”
Known for his meticulous approach, he’s been known to ask models to pose underwater, hold impossible contortions, or be completely still while being covered in layers of projected light.
Whether he’s capturing couture or exploring the abstract, Sundsbø doesn’tjust take photos—he creates worlds.
